IT-Architect (M/F/D)
You develop standards for Azure services and turn them into Hyperdeploy templates. You define the customer requirement, work out the concept, and build it. For that you use PowerShell and OpenTofu / Terraform, and whenever the use case calls for it, Ansible, Python, or Bash as well. The use cases come from real customers, and those customers stay yours: you make sure they are in good hands in Azure and in Hyperdeploy alike. If you also know your way around other cloud providers, we are happy to see it.
Requirements
What you bring
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Degree in computer science or vocational IT training (Fachinformatiker „Systemintegration“)
- Living in the Rhine-Main area
Honestly, everything beyond that matters less to us than the question of whether this is truly your thing.

How we work
- We advise our customers on Azure. With 100 percent automation, no exceptions.
- All our customers run on Hyperdeploy. Azure consulting without Hyperdeploy does not exist here.
- Standardization, automation, and documentation are the three pillars everything rests on.
- Developers and IT architects work closely together and keep pushing Hyperdeploy forward.
- Every Azure requirement our customers have is provisioned automatically through Hyperdeploy. Goodbye ClickOps.
AI Tools are part of our daily work
You use AI coding assistants on a daily basis with ease, can write concise prompts, and know when a task can be handed to an agent and when it can’t. That last point is perhaps the most important.
If you’re also familiar with MCP servers, agent configuration, or workflow automation, all the better.
What to expect
Here, you’ll be working on both our own product and our clients’ projects. What you build runs in real-world environments and helps shape the direction of Hyperdeploy’s development. Your ideas carry weight here and don’t just get lost in a ticket. If you just want to do things strictly by the book, you probably won’t be happy here.
- Hybrid work with an office in Dreieich
- 30 days of vacation
- Flexible work hours
- Choice of devices
- Professional development tailored to you
What's important to us
- Reliability
- Open Communication
- Quality as a Non-Optional Feature
- Team Spirit
- Based in the Rhine-Main area
We have one requirement: that you're willing to learn.
The rest can be worked out.
What you get from us
We work hybrid with our office in Dreieich. You get 30 days of vacation, arrange your working hours flexibly, and pick your own work device. AI tooling is part of the package, and when it comes to professional development, we figure out together what actually moves you forward instead of just opening a catalog. The whole team regularly gets together for our Hyperdays to work side by side and pursue some culinary “education”. Good food is mandatory there. And if you need something to do your job well, you don't have to ask twice.
What we need from you
Your resume and a few honest sentences about who you are and what drives you. Send both to jobs@hyperscale-it.com. In the end, the interview matters more to us than any document anyway.
